1 Level dip into Ranger - Nirmathi Irregular

Rules Questions

Building a fighter with a 1 level Ranger dip for PFS games. Doing this for getting access to the Ranger class skills and spells. Which brings me to some questions about the Nirmathi Irregular Ranger Archetype found in ISM.

Question -
1) At 1st level, a Nirmathi Irregular adds a bonus equal to 1/2 his level on all Perception and Survival skill checks he makes while located in forest terrain.

This ability replaces wild empathy.

If I take 1 level in Nirmathi Irregular and have 3 levels of fighter, I'm in forest terrain.
What is my Perception Bonus?

Going by RAW, I'm assuming it's a +2 perception bonus in forest terrain.

2) One of the reasons I'm taking a level dip into the Ranger class is for access to Ranger spells. If I take a level dip into Nirmathi Irregular, do I also get access to Druid Spells?
Plan is to use wands and scrolls.

At 4th level a Nirmathi Irregular also learns to draw upon druidic magic. Each day when the ranger prepares spells, he may choose one druid spell and prepare it as if it were on the ranger spell list as a ranger spell of its druid spell level.

By RAW, I'm assuming I can use druid scrolls and wands.

This has to be legal for PFS play and have already looked up and the Nirmathi Irregular, Ranger Archetype is legal for PFS play.

1) when class features mention anything about your level they mean your level in that class unless otherwise stated

So if you took only 1 level it would do nothing for you since it doesn't mention the "minimum +1" that some abilities do

2) that one is trickier...since this is PFS I'm going to say that its probably not going to fly...however there might be table variation

I don't have my books right now and my Internet on my phone sucks...ill look into when I get home if no one else posts more info
