Monster aging ?

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

With a few notable exceptions like Dragons and Giants, very few monsters seem to indicate life span and aging....

Is it reasonable to allow such monsters to be hundreds of years old if needed ?

For example, could a sinspawn from Thassilon still exist ?

Possibly somewhat, it's also difficult to find room to list that sort of thing. Most probably age at reasonable rates, but Outsiders, Constructs, Undead, and many Fey are clearly immortal, and it gives GMs room to decide whatever their lifespan is.

I believe those have explicitly shown up in Adventure Paths...

BUGGER....It just occured to me that I have always just assumed those individuals where created at a later date....never crossed my mind that they could actually live that long :P
