touch spells

Rules Questions

Q1. Touching an enemy doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity, but it is my understanding that casting the spell before you deliver it with a touch does provoke. Is this correct?

Q2. I thought I remembered a rule somewhere that states if you miss your touch attack that your spell stays charged in your touch for 1 minute. Is this true, and if so is there a page I can refer too?

Q3. Assuming Q2 is accurate, does this mean my casters can cast a touch spell and then move within range to deliver it free of attacks of opportunity as long as it is within 1 minute?

Correct, casting provokes unless you do it defensively.

Charges are held indefinitely. Until you touch something that is. Be careful about scratching at post battle itches if you use charge spells a lot.

Ah yes, now I've found it lol. Page 185 is very informative:)

Your movement would still provoke but yes you get a free touch attack when you cast a touch spell to deliver the spell
