I'm not sure If I'm doing this 100% correct so bear with me:
First off
Secondly
Thirdly
Lastly
Assuming a level 3 character with 1 level in Arcanist and Magical Knack on Arcanist class, as well as at least 16 int you get the following:
6 Maxium Arcane Reservoir Points with 2 to start with.
3 level 1 spells, 1 level 2 spell, and 1 level 3 spell (totaling 8 possible Arcane Reservoir Points)
A dimensional shift range of 30 feet with a total of 10 shifts per day (6 in a single encounter)
Place this onto any other class for luls
PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M MISTAKEN IN ANY WAY

Increased caster level doesn't work how you seem to have interpreted it, it does not increase character level, so the Shift remains at 10ft not 30ft with only one Arcanist level unfortunately. Also, increased caster level does not grant access to new spells as a higher level caster, it simply increases the caster level for determining the effects of the spells you can *already* cast (such as duration, dice damage, targets, range, etc). I'm also not sure where you're getting the level 2 and 3 spells from... if it's from the 16 Int, you don't get those extra spells until your class grants you the ability to cast spells of those levels normally.
