Would I be safe in assuming that the favored class bonuses are racial bonuses and would not stack with class abilities that specifically say they are a racial bonus?

Favored class bonuses are not racial bonuses, they do stack.

Ok so to be clear:

I couldn't find anything that specified what type of bonus favored class bonus was, unless the type of bonus is "favored class"

The favored class bonus is an untyped bonus. Untyped bonuses stack.

HOWEVER, the +8 racial bonus would not stack with another racial bonus, namely the Agile racial feature which grants a +2 racial bonus to Acrobatics.

Ability increase isn't even related, because it's not a bonus to the skill, it's a bonus to the ability score.

By strict interpretation I would have thought untyped, but wanted to be sure since the favored class bonuses are listed under specific races so are specific to races (even though there is some cross over in the abilities). As for the latter thing it seems that is untyped and would stack with anything as well.

edit: however, also by looking at the races they specifically say "racial bonus" for all the abilities and never do on favored class, so I'm guessing they do indeed stack with everything.

If a bonus is just described as a "bonus" with no type, it is an untyped bonus.
