I'm just making sure on if I understand this correctly. If lets say you run "Master of the Fallen Fortress" or "We be Goblins" which say they are tier 1, then doesn't that mean only level 1's can play in this or can a level 2 play in it once for credit? I'm just wanting to make sure I understand this correctly, because if a level 2 can play this then doesn't that mean a level 2 can play "First Steps 1" also?
