{Help} What is the structure in the city of Absalom called / for

If you look at the map of Absalom, in the Northwest of the Ivy District and North of Westgate there is a stone wall of same sort build near the city wall by a tower. What is this to? Would like to know the history of it. Can anybody help with the identification of this small wall.Thanks!

Hello......Paizo? really disappointed in the lack of response to this post it was aimed at the writers of the idea of the city of Absalom map, Did anyone look at the map? or this post?

Its located in the Wise Quarter on the district map on p50. So perhaps its the grounds of the Acanamarium as that should be a large campus with plenty of buildings.
