Best PFS Faction for Monks

Strange title yes, but i am looking for a very interesting faction for monks. I intend to seek out interesting prestige awards that would fit my character for flavor. Such as pay etc amount for a dojo or something relating to that.

None of them offer dojos.

But a generic prestige award, like the Absalom Townhouse that's open to any faction, could easily be flavored to be a dojo.

That said, Chelaxian would be ideal if you're leaning towards a Scarlet Brotherhood flavor of monk.

It's a pity the Tien faction has been removed. They, more than anything else, would probably have been perfect.

Cheliax might be the choice then. do you know how much the scarlet brotherhood thing is? same with absalom townhouse. Also thanks for the input though guys! much appreciated.
