Can you combine Exquisite Accompaniment with Virtuoso Performance?

Liberty's Edge

The two spells:

and

If I just use Virtuoso Performance and have two bardic performances it would cost me three bardic performances. With Exquisite Accompaniment. The cost of the first performance is removed. Reducing it to ta total of two Bardic performances. Gives new meaning to a one man band lol. Have a read both spell correctly. I'm asking because my Bard levelled up last game and I want to definately take Virtuoso Performance.

Silver Crusade

I would say no because exquisite accompaniment, to me, is a way of maintaining a bardic performance. The last line of virtuoso performance specifically calls out that it does not work with any other methods of maintaining a bardic performance.
