Recently got the game and have played the beginner adventure (Brigandoom) and went through the Rise adventure. Well most of it, we were defeated in the 2nd last scenario.
We are having a good time are are planning on giving it a go again from the beginning.
My question is: Is there a plan to release only scenarios as booster packs? Or even an adventure box with a group of adventures? Maybe booster packs of monsters/boons/banes/etc?
Or is it just going to be Brigandoom plus the APs done in card form?

I'm not sure what you're asking... the adventure packs (which take the characters through the Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path) contain adventures/scenarios plus extra boons and banes.
Are you looking for something different than that?
There are also a lot of fan-created scenarios available online (through BoardGameGeek and this Paizo forum) - some of which seem very well thought through.

I think OilHorse was asking for simply more scenarios or adventures that wouldn't have any new boons or banes (except maybe villains), but just give you more scenarios to play.
Like h4ppy said, there are some fan created ones. Here is one I made up. There is some discussion about it over here too, which will also have some links for other fan created content.
You could also just do a "random" scenario by shuffling the locations, drawing the right number, and building a scenario. You could likewise shuffle the villains and draw 1 and shuffle the henchman and draw however many you need. (Though you might want to remove Nightly Boa, but you might like the potential challenge that leaving them in the shuffle would create.)
It has been stated that other than the additional adventure paths (i.e. Skulls & Shackles this summer and then a new one every winter and summer after that) there are not plans for additional content. So for now you'll just have to wait for Skull & Shackles, and maybe take comfort in the fact that next year there will be 2 adventure paths every 12 months instead of just 1.

True, it will cost you more per year if you buy them when they come out. But you don't have to buy each one when they come out. If you didn't, and weren't finishing them in under 6 months time, you'd eventually have lots of adventure paths available to choose from when you wanted to purchase one, since your rate of play would be less than the rate of publication. So maybe that is comfort to you instead.

So there are no plans to do other content than the APs. Too bad. Seems to be an easy way to continue the progress of the game.
I will look at the fan created stuff...thx.

Just tossing out a bunch of scenarios that use only existing cards is a prettty mediocre solution. Yeah, you'd get some fun new scenario powers, but ultimately, gameplay is a lot more than that—a lot of the flavor of a scenario comes from the banes and the locations.
It's like spicing up leftovers—yeah, a bit of fresh tarragon might bring some new interest to that old chicken breast, but ultimately, it doesn't avoid the fact that it's pretty much the same thing you had for dinner last night.
Given that, and adding in the fact that good scenarios are actually relatively difficult to develop, we've decided to put our effort into giving you adventure decks that couple all-new scenarios with all of the cards that we really need to make those scenarios as interesting as possible.

Unless they're of your creation, of course. Fan-made scenarios can often point out play opportunities we've never thought of. So please keep remixing.
