A number of the items on the sheet are dependent on the random selection of items and/or actions of PCs during the scenario. As a GM credit, do I cross off those items that were not given to the PCs in this scenario?
Spoiler:
Also, the Wand of Shield of Faith is not on the sheet. Should I write it in on my own sheet? I will write it in on my players sheets when I see them next as I didn't notice it until now...

Side note: Random tables for regular scenarios would really only serve to keep the interest of the GM as usually players can only experience a scenario once.

Random tables also allow different groups of players to experience different encounters for when they inevitably talk to others about the scenario. So there is that too.
