I am tempted to order the hardcover, but I'd like to know how decent the print quality and all is before I do. Is it going to hold up or fall apart quickly?

All of our (Frog God Games) hardcovers are of textbook binding quality.
While I can't comment on the holding up part (I've only used the PDF so far), I can say that the hardcover is a mixed bag for me. The cover itself has warped slightly without any actual use of the book. The pages, however, are of good quality as far as I can tell, and there's no indication that they shouldn't be able to hold up.

I have had no issue with it or any of the hard backs from FGG. They are superior in quality to those of Paizo and WOTC as far as binding is concerned. Some of our Core Rules are showing real wear after only two years and less.
With the exception of the Razor Coast books (Heart of the Razor and the Freebooter's Guide both have the issue with the cover warping as Fire as She Bears and the cover of Razor Coast itself seems a bit flimsy), I agree that Frog God Games books are of excellent quality. Certainly the binding seems to be sturdy and has held up quite nicely so far for me.

This is probably because Razor Coast (and maybe the other books from its kickstarter) were printed in China.
All the other Frog God Games hardcovers have sewn binding and are printed in the US at a textbook publishing company.
