Comments: I really wanted to make Ezren shine, so I created this group around him. Blessings from Kyra, scouting and combat from Merisiel, and good old Ezren truly makes himself valuable by using his divination spells (Augury, Scry) and playing with decks (Brodert Quink, Web). I'm not sure I should have invested that much into strength/weapons for Kyra, but time will tell.
Funny anecdote about your group: Merisiel is still holding on to her Amulet of Fortitude after all this time (she got it in Brigadoom! I think) because it saved her life twice now. Oh, and Ezren is an old pervert who likes to scry on his two lady friends.

Comments: Haven't played since we finished Hook Mountain Massacre a few weeks ago, so I'm a little sketchy on the decks. My wife is Merisiel and Amiri, I'm Sajan and Ezren. Our group is all about teamwork. Amiri always starts, followed by Merisiel. That way Amiri can team with Merisiel and leave at the end of her turn and also move another character away from Merisiel. Ezren manipulates the decks and moves people around. Placing monsters below the henchman/villain via his power is usually the functional equivalent of defeating the monster, so I treat enfeeble like an attack spell. Vicious Trident is because his weapon will be his last resort and he better succeed, whatever the cost. Merisiel can leave great boons on top of her location for someone else with the appropriate skill to come get rather than waste a blessing to acquire them. And now Sajan is our healer. He will also be hoping to acquire Potion of Glibness so he can give Crown of Charisma to someone else, because with his power Potion of Glibness is almost the same as the Crown.
Funny anecdote about your group: Maybe not funny, but something that I found interesting. I assumed that Amiri's bury a card to rage power would be useless when I first started the game, because I assumed burying a card would be a horrible price to pay. My wife chose her and has used that ability to its fullest. She probably buries 5 or 6 cards a game and never comes close to dying. So she taught me something about this game that I bought and had to ask her to play (this isn't usually her kind of thing). We love playing together now and can't wait for Fortress to come out.
