Hello all!
I am in need of a little help. I have been involved in a Wrath of the Righteous game for a little while now. We are just about to hit level 7.
Lately I have been rather discouraged by my choice of character. I decided to play an Elf Bladebound Hexcrafter Magus as I really enjoy debuffing a LOT. My problem lately has been that the majority of the creatures we are running into now are either immune or highly resistant to all of the elemental attacks that I generally want to use to help with damage. This has relegated me to standing in the back and sleeping everything. I am not complaining about that portion at all, as I have helped dictate battles thus far.
How can I go about doing some damage via my spells? I am finding it hard to be able to switch my elements around (I know there is a mythic ability to do this, but I'd rather use my limited choices for other things if possible). Are there ways to get rid of enemy immunities as PCs? Or down grade them to resistances? As it stands, I have yet to have a chance to use Shocking Grasp since about level 4. I seem to have no reason to memorize either it or Scorching Ray really. My Frostbite/Rime Spell combo obviously is good at debuffing, but surely there must be a way to help with these immunities?
Rerolling a character is not really an option, the GM has said that once we make it back to somewhere around level 9 I can take an exorbitant amount of time to retrain my character if I choose to, but I doubt that the party wants to wait for 45 days on me, nor would I want to do that. I want to find a go around or at least something that makes it worth while to be in melee.
Thank you in advance!!!

With Blur and teh Moonlight Stalker feat you can have a permanent +2 on attack and damage rolls, which is a pretty big boost if you think that it is equivalent to 4 feats every fighter takes and comes with 20% miss chance.
At around 11th lvl you can have Power Attack and use Monstrous Physique for many natural attacks with Frostbite. Use arcane accuracy to solve the attack bonus problem that comes up when combining natural attacks and iteratives.
For changing the elements of the shocking grasp there is teh Elemental Spell metamagic but it is a worst deal than the mythic option.
Eventually Ice Tomb and Bane blade will also greatly boost your effectiveness.

Yes there is, take this feat Elemental Spell and switch all the spells you want to acid. For the ones where you can't afford the level adjustment then buy one of these Metamagic Rod: Elemental and use that (hint make sure you have prehensile hair running or you can't juggle it and your weapon).
This will get past all the immunities you are running into and keep you relevant until you start slamming into the Spell Resistance wall (which should be happening soon).

Thank you for the help! I had originally planned on doing the Moonlight Stalker route, but when I started becoming ineffective I think I panicked and went another way. I'll try and get back on track. Getting Monstrous Physique I know will help for many more attacks. I'll try picking up Power Attack and see what happens.
I think I will end up taking the Mythic power for elemental change as I am not going to take prehensile hair.
Thank you again!!
