So, for the fun of it I'm making a Pathfinder version of Go Nagai's Cutie Honey.
She's an Android Bladebound-Kensai magus. I can take Alter Self at 3rd level then pick up Disguise Self at 6th level with Spell Blending, and then use Inscribe Magical Tattoo to create a tattooed version of the Hat of Disguise on her neck (best place thematically to match Cutie Honey heh)
So, this question is two fold, first did I read right that it would be possible by the RAW to do a tattoo of the hat of disguise, but also is there any other way for an android to get Disguise Self as a spell-like ability at will?

I don't see it as unintended to duplicate the effects of existing wondrous items.
Magical tattoos follow the rules for magic item creation as though they were wondrous items, except that they can use the Craft (calligraphy, paintings, tattoos) skill. New magical tattoos can be researched and designed using the guidelines for pricing new magic items. Magical tattoos are treated as slotless magical items for pricing purposes.
A strict GM might ask you to research the individual tattoo (per the next sentence), but other than that, I see no issue.

Quickchange Cloak (I would argue is better than a hat of disguise)
Robe of Blending
Cap of Human Guise
Stalker's Mask
Sleeves of Many Garments
Disguise Other Spell (No SR, No save) *edit - not at will*
Quickchange Cloak allows you to take 20 on disguise checks earlier and use them later in the day (3 disguises per cloak, all nat 20s, free action to switch between them)
Merform Belt

The Witch has a hex that's not unlimited, but pretty good amounts of time per day. Hexcrafter Magus could also get it, though it seems you went with other archetypes.

Ah, a Cutey Honey fan! I don't think there's a great way to do it in Pathfinder...
I've tried it before in 3E games and "3.PF" games, using Wildshape Ranger into Master of Many Forms, which gives Humanoid at first level as an option, and then a whole bunch more. Since it's 3E wildshape, you don't need Str or Dex and can focus on Cha, Con, and Int (and Wis, but...that's probably her lowest stat). Sadly the games always seem to end before I get much chance to use the wildshaping.| AbsolutGrndZer0 |

Yeah, I considered the Hexcrafting (not sure if it's still possible with the other archetypes) but ultimately thought that unlimited would be somewhat better...
Then again, there is always the live-action version where she runs out of energy and can't change so she has to eat a bunch of rice cakes to "recharge" haha.

Actually played her once in an Amber game. I started her just after the 90's OVAs after she finally defeated Panther Zora.
