I have been throwing this together as a Half-Giant Race with no psionics. I want your opinion on it. What do you like/hate about it, would you play it, as a DM would you allow it things lke that.
Half-Giant
Giant-Blood – Person counts as Human and Humanoid(Giant) = 0 RP
Darkvision 60’ = 2 RP
Medium = 0 RP
Speed 30’ = 0 RP
Strong and Sturdy - +4 STR, +2 CON, -2 CHA. = 5 RP (Specialized +2 STR, +2 CON, -2 CHA = 1 RP. Advanced STR = 4RP)
Language- Members start with Common and Giant. People with High INT can also take Dwarven, Draconic, Goblin, Terran, Orc and Gnoll. = 0 RP
Static bonus feat – Toughness = 2 RP
Skill Bonus – Perception +2 = 2 RP
Natural Armor +1 AC = 2 RP
Healthy - +4 to Fort saves against disease and poison, including magical disease. = 2 RP
Total RP = 15

Are you trying to recreate the Half Giant from 3.5? If so not sure why you have the Toughness, perception boost, Natural Armor or Healthy on there. Nothing in the old ones indicated such a supreme resilience/health.
Plus the increases Con will increase their HP anyways.
I would have though perhaps a bonus on saves against Fire to represent their Fire Giant heritage and to duplicate the originl.
Aa -2 to dex (to match the original statement that their size was in the way of their speed) instead of a minus to Cha.
Perhaps duplicate the power of 'Gloves of Giant Grip' to replicate their poiwerful build. Think the original Strong Build ability would be worth perhaps 4-6 points (IMO of course, others will vary).
Would still love to see the Stomp as an SLA. Should be easy enough to add as a once per day level 1 spell.
I would go:
Giant-Blood – This race is treated as both Human and Humanoid(Giant)subtype = 0 RP
Darkvision 60’ = 2 RP
Medium = 0 RP
Speed 30’ = 0 RP
Strong and Sturdy - +4 STR, +2 CON, -2 Dex. = 5 RP
Language- Members start with Common and Giant. People with High INT can also take Dwarven, Draconic, Goblin, Terran, Orc and Gnoll. = 0 RP
Energy Resistance 5 = 1 RP
Powerful Build = 6 RP
Stomp 1x/Day SLA = 1 RP
Total RP = 15
Seems appropriate. I use exactly this in a home campaign (with a +2 on saves against Fire instaed of Energy Resitance 5-Fire and it has worked fine with Pathfinder.

I shouldn't post when I'm tired, I don't explain things. As stone giant decendents I see them used to moving around tight spots in caves and across small ledges, but they mostly look like the giants in otherwords similar to the rock around them. Thats why it's a CHA penalty instead of DEX.
I have the Toughness, perception boost, Natural Armor and Healthy as a reflection of their heritage. The Armor for the natural density of the stone like skin. Toughness and Healthy for the fact they are decendents of a race that is very strong and healthy. Lastly the Perception boost for the life-style. I think they would be hunter-gatherers, always looking for a meal for the family/group. Also looking for avalanches or possible cave-ins from there homes.
