Kyra's Heal and Raising the Dead?

Morning folks. I've been looking over Kyra's upgrade paths, and the healer class doesn't say she can heal any differently than normal. However her flavour text suggests that she CAN revive them. Is it just that, flavour text? Or can she spend a turn to revive fallen allies?

More specifically, I believe there will be a Raise Dead spell in a later adventure deck. Until you get that spell, however, dead is dead.
