My cart has DCC Mods 80,81 and 82 in it. EVERY, yes every (I have tried 12 or more times) I go to make the order one or two of the DCC mods disappears when I get to chose shipping method. So cart has 3 DCC Mods plus the two Paizo items. I click 'Proceed to check out'. Now in the shipping list I have less than three DCC Mods (I just did it in another tab, this time DCC 80 and DCC 82 have gone). It is either one or two of the mods, and it can be any of them. So I have to go back and add them to cart again......
done that....
What on earth is going on? This is really annoying. I want the 5 products shipped with subscription but it will not let me order them!

I think its having some issues with all the various preorders. With your permission, I will submit things manually and place the items that can be shipped now with your pending subscription and the items shipping in the future into your sidecart. Just let me know.
Sounds good, I think they are all not available (maybe I am wrong) but no rush so they go with my subs whenever.

Um I can't see the Inner Sea Gods and the Emerald Spire in my sidecart, is that because they are so far in the future?
Ah ignore that I can see they are in my sidecart when I go to the individual product page, I should have thought of that first!
In fact, sorry to bother you hard working CustServ types, but what sort of postage are we looking at for these? Are we looking at the $65 like the Core Book, or is it going to only add a little more?
Because if it is going to be big and expensive shipping I'll order them from Amazon with free shipping. If you don;t know, well I'll wait til nearer the time and it lists the price in my subs - though sadly the shipping cost isn't accurate because it adds all the 3pp pre-orders in even when they won't be in that packet.

Inner Sea Gods & Emerald Spire are both slated to be hard-cover books. They won't be as large as the Core Rulebook. I believe they will be more along the size of Ultimate Equipment/Advanced Player's Guide/Inner Sea World Guide, for a frame of reference. At this point, they are too far out for us to portray any accurate shipping information.
You can cancel your preorder at any time up until your order has been processed for shipping. If you would like to cancel, just let us know.
