As a lvl 6 ranger in PFS, can i buy and use a wand of cat's grace? It's in my spell list, but I am not sure if this wand is allowed in PFS play.

You may, so long as you have a sufficiently high enough Fame score for such a purchase (you probably do).

Just curious, though. What makes you "not sure"?

You can buy and use it with no problems. Bear in mind that for PFS the wand is considered to have been made by a wizard (although you can ignore the divine/arcane difference). In other words:

Wand of cat's grace
-Caster Level 3
-Standard action to use
-Range is touch
-Lasts 3 minutes
-Costs 4500 gp

It's legal, but if you plan on casting it that much, you'd probably be better off spending that money on a +2 Belt of Dexterity.
