Hi

I put this order in, which included Dark Deeds in Freeport, which is up for pre-order. However it has charged me already for the item an shippping. Is this right? I thought it would go to side cart and I could add it to a subscription when it was available to save shipping? If this is in error can you please refund (store credit is fine) and put it in my side cart. If that is not possible please cancel this part of the order and refund, thanks.

Also I have asked about the character add on pack for the RotRL Card Game, apparently this is still first printing, if that is so please cancel that part of the order and I will pick it up when it becomes 2nd printing or from Amazon when they have it in stock, thanks.

You were charged $15.96 for child order #2967561, as it was for a series of PDFs which are all on your My Downloads page.

I have moved Dark Deeds to your sidecart per your request. I have canceled the Add-On Deck from your sidecart. You can verify this change on your My Subscriptions page.

Thanks Justin, the email I received after the order gave this:

Subtotal (6 Items): $37.17
Shipping & Handling: $8.22
-----------------------------------
Order Total: $45.39

which included the Dark Deeds bit, it didn't say $15.96 - thus my confusion.

And thank you for moving off the add-on deck, I don't really need it but the completionist says it would look good in my Base Box! So I'll pick it up at some point :D

The email is generated by the parent order, which is totaling all of its child orders:

$15.96 for #2967561, $21.21 for #2967560, plus S&H of $8.22 = $45.39

Just below that order total, the confirmation email reads:

You've saved $3.74 off suggested retail -- that's a 9% discount. We have charged $15.96 to your credit card. We will charge you for the remaining item on this order when it ships.

However, this was a good indicator to you that the item hadn't moved to your sidecart properly.
