One of my players is wondering what the interaction is between the archmage ability Crafting Mastery, and the Feat mythic crafter.
My inclination is that mythic crafter only works for those item creation feats for which you have the feat not for those that you replicate through Crafting Mastery.
That said, I don't want to deny some potency that is supposed to be there, so here I am.
Are there any official rulings on this? Other thoughts on the matter?
Thanks!

You can craft any magic item as if you had the necessary item creation feats.
This typically gives you use, but doesn't actually give you "X" for purposes of prerequisites. (see: FoB "as if" TWF)
While I don't think it's particularly broken to allow this interaction, I lean the same direction as you in my reading, that you need the feat to craft mythic items.
However, the +5 should apply across the board, no matter how the non-mythic item creation is facilitated.
I could very easily see a ruling that these two interact to allow the crafting of any mythic item though. I'd be interested to see more opinions.
