Bard Masterpieces and Pathfinder Society.

I looked but couldn't find info on this. sorry if its posted somewhere else.

1)Can a bard in society play learn 3rd party bard masterpieces (such as those listed on paizo site)?
2)Can he learn player created bard masterpieces?

No. Only material in the Additional Resources document is allowed. Neither third party nor home game rules are in that document and so are not allowed.
