Screaming Vengeance |

Hello,
Screaming Vengeance here. I just had to post that this is my (and my girlfriends) favorite board game ever. I searched to see if this was already a thread, but did not find one. So, I felt compelled to create my own. Thank you to everyone involved in creating (and producing/distributing) this game! It has brought me an incredible amount of joy since I started playing!
Best,
Scream

I have to agree with Scream here. I recently found out that one of my good gaming buddies was a closet DM for many years and he was secretly wanting to get back into it.
Well I'm a deckbuilding type of gamer typically, but after finding BGG, I have found myself wanting to explore more and more games. So when I asked if he wanted to get an RPG group started, he jumped at the chance. We are now playing Pathfinder the Role Playing Game once a month.
Well that's cool and all, but what do I do in between our fun little adventures? Then I found this game...
This game is by far my number 1 game to play in my top ten! Love the game, love the mechanic, love the crossover between deckbuilding and RPG. You guys have a long term fan here.
Now my creative side is kicking in for fun things to do with this world you have created.
Thanks to all you guys who made this game happen. Nice work.
Sincerely,
1havok12

Thank you also to all the helpfull forumers and contributor that helps me understanding more of this game. Clearly the best I've bought (it cost almost 80 USD here in Malaysia) without telling my wife first and she's super furious with it, but it totally worth everything she's throwed at me.
@snickersimba - Try to play it solo as that what we lonesome gamers had to lived with it, I'm sure you'll past the bored once you talk to yourself (while playing of course) detailing the ecounter and adventure. Haven't start playing with my kids yet as I will need to explain a lot to them, played once with wife but she doesn't show much interest as usuall (she really is not a gamer type, even bored her playing Mice and Mystics with the kids). Hopefully you'll enjoyed it even while playing solo.
Thanks again to all that bring out this game and to those who really helped me understand its better.

A masterpiece defenitely.
Like Jrmontero I played all D&D versions up until 3.5 and now play pathfinder among several other rpg systems.
And several tabletop games as well.
This game has just this unique feeling to it I haven't felt in any other and plus in a country where is almost impossible to get new players for anything or very difficult to convince anyone to play anything new, the ability to play solo is a big bonus.
I have a steady group that has been going at it weekly for nearly 5 months now and we haven't even delved into to the 2nd adventure path since we play with what we have.
So I want to add my thanks to those already previously stated in this post to all the developers and people responsible for putting out there and also those responsible for making it cross borders and an entire ocean ;)
Thank you!

I've been rolling polyhedral dice for roughly 30 years, but I'm thinking PACG is one of the best experiences in my tabletop gaming experience. While it was a little intimidating to learn at first, I've found the game is very straight forward and easy to play. It offers much of the complexity of a true RPG without all the books to read, and hour-long encounters. Plus, I've gotten people to play... and ENJOY... this game who would never have sat down and even attempted an RPG.
The various how-to and review videos on the interwebs were very helpful. As is the group of excellent people here on these forums, as well as the actual designers of the game!
Thanks for getting me off my Xbox and back to the dining room table with real people!

Oh don't worry Mike. My wife and I still play our Xboxes quite often. She's playing Skyrim and Borderlands 2. While I'm currently playing Halo 4, GTAV, Batman Arkham Origins, and Borderlands 2. Plus I just picked up an Xbox One last week so now add Titanfall, Forza 5 and Peggle 2 to that list!
But it's nice to have other games to play that get friends together around a table rolling dice, eating snacks and socializing!
