Vestigial Arm and grappling, also a throwing question.

Rules Questions

So I'm thinking about making a multiclass Tetori/Alchemist (for fun, not actually battlefield-ready) and I was wondering if Vestigial Arm affects CMB/CMD in any way, shape, or form.

Also, I ran into the "throwing" problem again, this time on a ship. I'd honestly like to question why one cannot do, say, a "tomoe nage" (opponent grappled, pulled off balance, thrown with foot) to make someone go aerial. Maybe in the next major book, that problem can be addressed? As a Tetori, I don't get a lot of chances to do cool and flashy yet effective stuff like my spellcaster and barbarian friends.

Snark as necessary, and thanks in advance :D

I don't think extra arms grant inherent bonuses to grapple CMB/D, but if you take Exotic Weapon Proficiency[Dan Bong] and use one, you get a +2 to grapple.
