Hey there,
Your order #2944375 was processed for shipping on December 18th with an estimated 4-8 business days via Standard Post. Today is currently the 10th business day. We usually ask that you give a package an additional week to arrive as shipping delays can occur, especially around the holidays.
Additionally, Snowy Weather in the Midwest is currently causing additional delays on some orders, and is most likely affecting this package as the tracking on your package indicates that it has not yet been processed by your local Midwest postal sorting facility. However there is also the possibility that your package missed that scanning point and is still on its way to you.
If you have not received your package by January 13th please reach out to us again, and we will see if we can provide any additional information.

Thanks. Two things--from the tracking it doesn't appear that the package still hasn't left Washington yet, so I don't know if there is a problem. The package also appears to have been sent to the wrong address (at least as its showing in my order history)--my mailing/shipping address for Paizo changed.
