I have a question about the Shape Channel mythic path ability from this companion book.
The ability gives additional options for channeling of a cone, a line and a "a 20-foot-tall cylinder with a 20-foot radius". The origin/range on the line and cone are obvious, they originate from the user. But the cylinder does not say where you can put it?
I've done my googling and tried searching the forums already, and my DM has given a temporary ruling of within 30ft, but half the reason I took the ability in the first place was to put my channel almost wherever I want to. So if I could get some semi-official clarification that would be awesome. Thanks.
