small natural weapons a -1 to hit?

Rules Questions

I have velociraptor animal companion with weapon focus (talon) (+1 to hit), and weapon finesse (add dex mod to attack roll). I calculate the talon attack, which is a primary attack, to be (dex +3)+(BAB +2)+(weapon finesse +1)=+6. The bite, which is also a primary attack, I calculate should be at +5 without the weapon focus.

Hero Lab is calculating the bonuses at +5 and +4 respectively so I am wondering what minus I am missing here. Was just speculating that the small size of the raptor might give a minus 1 to hit but cant confirm that in the rules anywhere. Since none of the attacks are considered secondary attacks I'm clueless as to what I am missing. Hero Lab is confirming all of the modifiers individually, they are just not adding up right.

Small size grant's +1 bonus to hit. This goes for any small sized creature. In all my monster checking so far, I never encountered case where it reduces hit chance.

It works opposite with CMD tho.

If that is correct then my Hero Lab appears to be off by 2. Could it be a -2 for multiple attacks (claw, claw, bite)?

Sharts!!!....I found it. -2 for armor check penalty. Stupid raptor doesnt like to wear amor. Thanks for the help.

Ah, it didn't have armor proficiency, did it? Just get an armor with a ACP of 0 (leather, masterwork studded leather) and you can work that out.
