Outflank and Tandem trip Ranger with wolf companion

I just read STR rangers twf ranger guide and was wondering how does outflank and tandem trip work.

Using the wolf as your flanking companion in the following circumstances, how do these work?

The ranger posseses the outflank feat, the wolf doesn't, do I get +4 on flanking or does the wolf need the feat also? Does the wolf get AoO when I crit?

The ranger and wolf possess the tandem trip feat, when tripping, does the opponent gain an AoO?
