can spend upto 3 ki/round to further enhance the weapon & on 1 attack/rd can use perfect strike (upto x11/day)to roll x3 and take best attack. Can use ki &/or mythic power to gain extra attacks.
Skills: other than the k(planes) prereq for eldritch heritage, i really haven't decided what to focus on.
I just need to find a way to pump his saves.
maybe i can find a DM gullible enough to let me use the 3.5 version of vow of poverty. lol

Maybe you need to explain better, what you are going to do to with the builds. Are Quarterstaffs improvised Weapons? Do you pick up random sticks and count them as Quarterstaffs?
If you intend on using Improvised weapons, Arcane Strike-feat would help, sadly the monk needs his swift actions for the KI Pool.

Monk of the empty hand treats ANY two handed weapon as an improvised quarterstaff. (Including actual quarterstaff). Since it is treated as a quarterstaff, Quarterstaff feats work with it. Since it is an improvised weapon, Damage is increased by Improvised Weapon mastery.
The class is designed to let you be Jackie Chan and beat people with ladders, but you can do something that is legal RAW to do soemthing that is against the sprit of the class, which is to become a master of an actual quarter staff.

your stats say you're on a 20 point buy, but it looks like you only have 18... if you just look at base numbers:
str 14 (5)
dex 10
con 12 (2)
int 13 (3)
wis 16 (10)
cha 8 (-2)also, eldritch heritage requires 13 Cha (15 for Improved) so you're no where near qualifying for that.
You're right. my math was off. would it be worth dropping str &/or wis to pump cha, or find an alternative to the eldritch heritage feats instead?

dropping Str to increase Cha so that you can spend 2 feats increasing Str seems like a really poor plan to me. and, honestly, you're a monk... the only thing you should really drop Wis for is maybe Dex... or Str in some builds, but again don't drop Wis to raise Cha so you can spend feats raising Str- it would make waaaaay more sense to redistribute the floating stat boost and/or bonus points from leveling to Str (basically same effect but saves you 3 feats).
the exception, i guess, is that if you're relatively certain that you'll play until at least 15th level and are willing to wait for the payoff... you could take the 2 points you're missing to raise Cha to 10, drop base Wis from 16 to 15 (next level you can put it back up), use those 3 points to raise Cha to 13 and qualify for eldritch heritage, pick up a +2 Cha item before 11th so you still qualify for improved eldritch heritage. though, honestly, you'd probably be better off just using those points for 12 Dex; or, really, increase base strength to 15 and when you hit 12th put the point in it- you'll have effectively the same benefit as investing in eldritch heritage but without spending feats (which is why i said it not worth it at all unless your going to play to at least 15th level when you would get the next +2). also, remember that the bonuses from eldritch heritage won't stack with wishes and/or tomes (all inherent bonuses), so all that effort to get the feats is really just saving you some money (which by the time you're playing level 15+ you should have quite a bit of).
