I payed an extra $14.00 dollars for priority shipping and was guaranteed that my order would be delivered within 5 business days. However, now I am being told that it will take 11 days, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could refund me the fee for priority shipping.
I have made numerous attempts to reach you through email and have been completely ignored so at this point I am a little irritated and would hope this post is not ignored.

I'm a little confused.
Presumably, since there's now a specific delivery date scheduled, the package has already been given to the shipper.
A package shipped on Friday (or late on Thursday), due to be delivered on Monday January 6th would still meet the "5 business days" criterion.
