Emails are being ignored

I payed an extra $14.00 dollars for priority shipping and was guaranteed that my order would be delivered within 5 business days. However, now I am being told that it will take 11 days, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could refund me the fee for priority shipping.
I have made numerous attempts to reach you through email and have been completely ignored so at this point I am a little irritated and would hope this post is not ignored.

It has been the holiday and then the weekend. So if you sent emails out starting Tuesday the 23rd it very well wouldn't of been answered until Monday.

Possibly even not until after the 1st but doubt that.


Gotcha but it's still pretty frustrating when all I want is a simple refund. This is the first company I've bought miniatures from that caused me this much trouble.


try calling them, I just called them and they anwsered and helped me out right away.

I'm a little confused.

Presumably, since there's now a specific delivery date scheduled, the package has already been given to the shipper.

A package shipped on Friday (or late on Thursday), due to be delivered on Monday January 6th would still meet the "5 business days" criterion.
