vampire bard and necro lich equal?

I'm playing bard friend playing necro wizard we want to become vampire and lich respectively
are those two about even power wise?
and what lvl would be best to get it we were thinking around lvl 10

If your GM is ok with that, then it's ok.

Vamp and lich are pretty close power wise, so that shouldn't be a problem (just watch out for sunlight). 10th level seems good to me.

In the end, that kind of stuff is up to your GM though. Good luck!

yes? If the bard is a vampire he should go with dirge bard.

Ask your GM. He decides, as there are no actual rules for it.

yes? If the bard is a vampire he should go with dirge bard.

I was thinking about making vampires by turning them then the necro lich was going to try to raise armies of undead and we were going to take over the world!!!!!!!! "pinky pinky and the brain brain brain" lol
