Hey there,
We have not charged your card multiple times. What you are seeing on your account are authorizations. We authorize your payment method before we submit your order, but do not charge your card until your product ships (or is downloadable in the case of PDFs). An authorization is a notification to your bank that we intend to charge a certain amount in the near future; how your bank chooses to display an authorization is up to them.
In this case, your first 3 transactions were approved by your bank but denied by our credit card processor because your billing address did not match exactly what your bank has on file. I have placed an authorization reversal request in, which is us notifying your bank that we are expiring the authorization. Usually any funds held by your bank will be released within 5 business days, however your bank ultimately controls when an authorization expires. For expediting this process, we suggest contacting your bank.
More information about authorizations and our billing policy can be found on our FAQ
