Wouldn't Paladin 3/ Sorcerer 1/ Oracle 1 be a better starting path than P2/S2/O1? I only say this because sorcerer level 2 is pretty dead compared to paladin level 3.
Or is there something I'm missing in the requirements for DD?

Might I suggest the feat Scaled Disciple? You need racial heritage (Kobold), but can drop arcane armor training and arcane strike.
Personally, I'd drop the oracle level and go paladin (sacred servant/Archon domain) 4/sorcerer (draconic bloodline) 1/dragon disciple 2 if divine favor is really desired (to pick up bless weapon, as well); with 25 points: Human (Dual Talent) 20 (16 +2 race +2 inherent) Str, 14 Dex, 14 Con, 10 Int 8 Wis, 18 (15 +2 race +1 advancement) Cha. Two more levels of dragon disciple, then eldritch knight (with one more level of sorcerer to finish off) for paladin 4/sorcerer 2/dragon disciple 4/eldritch knight 10: BAB +18 and spell progression as paladin 4 (CL 1)/sorcerer 14. If you want better divine spells (and paladin abilities), paladin 7/sorcerer 1/dragon disciple 4/mythic theurge 8 gives BAB +15 and spell progression as paladin 15 (CL 12)/sorcerer 12.
You probably need to focus your concept down a bit. Looking at what you posted, it seems that you threw together the character out a grab bag of features to pump Str and AC. Dumping both Dex and Wis down to 7 is also not that good an idea, even with Divine Grace and Sidestep Secret. Crossblooded with orc to pick up Fearless also isn't needed when paladin 3 gets you Aura of Courage; you give up too much on the spellcasting side IMO. Dual cursed for a one-level dip is pretty poor, as well. Plus, mithral only increases the Max. Dex bonus for armor by 2, not 3. You also only get one advancement, either to Str or Cha; the second comes at 8th character level, not 7th.
