I purchased this miniature from my local gaming store in it's original packaging (Item 89001) and low and behold my Red Dragon has two right wings instead of a left and right.
As the store said it is not the stores fault that it was packaged improperly, they told me to contact you. (That's the pass the buck way of saying no refunds)
I'd really like to get myself a left wing. I can include pictures of the miniature and it's parts for proof if needed. Feel free to contact me, thank you.

Except that the manufacturer is Reaper, and they are likely the only ones with spare wings.
Yup, I contacted them too, but with Paizo's name on it, they should be aware as well as able to send replacements etc.
Also, I have always had wonderful experiences with Paizo customer service. Reaper, I haven't had much contact with, and seeing how the final painted miniature is supposed to be a Christmas gift, I went to the people that manage to handle problems quickly and effectively.

Reaper's customer service is, in my experience, on par with Paizo's.
I don't think that Paizo will be able to help you with this one; they sell complete packages, not individual parts, so they won't have the piece to ship to you.

If you explain the time crunch, I'd be very surprised if they didn't do everything they can to get the piece to you before the holiday.

Get in touch with Reaper. They're more than helpful when it comes to fixing errors with their products. I've had a few issues with their minis before and they've often shipped me complete replacements for human-sized minis that have a piece missing. For larger models such as dragons, I don't know if they do the same, but I'm sure they'll get you sorted out.
