A glamer changes all the sensory qualitys
so if i had glamered armor on and i was walking through town....i understand i would still make noise, but would people be able to say "oh, he obviously has glamered armor on because he sounds like a man in armor"
Same with touch, if i was arrested would the guard grab me and say "oh, you have glamered full plate on...thank god i noticed"

Hmm.
Upon command, a suit of glamered armor changes shape and appearance to assume the form of a normal set of clothing. The armor retains all its properties (including weight) when it is so disguised. Only a true seeing spell or similar magic reveals the true nature of the armor when it is disguised.
I imagine that people would wonder where all the noise was coming from, but they wouldn't necessarily know that you had glamered armor.

You'd still suffer any Armor Check Penalties to STR and DEX skills, including stealth. It might not sound like the clanking of full plate, but you'd somehow be less able to perform those skills. I suppose this is one area left up to GM discretion.
A perceptive guard would probably notice than your cotton tunic and trousers were a lot heavier than ordinary ones.
