Hi all, I'm writing out a PF campaign setting, and one of the features is a very powerful necromantic force with a base of operations, army of undead, and constant raids. One of the bosses is a human base, half-dragon Vampire Cleric of Urgathoa 12, Lifedrinker 5 (from book of vile darkness). My question is what are some things I can do to up his badass factor? He already has 17d6 cone of cold breath weapon, all the vampire fixings, plus boost defenses (increases dr to 20/magic or silver) can empower spells without increased slots, and commands undead as well as the death domain skills and perks. He has a level 12 vampire fighter and level 12 vampire sorceress as his companions. +4 unholy scythe, a strength score of 28 and wisdom of 26. About what CR is this? I'm trying to plot out important NPC and bbeg is why I ask. Thanks in advance!
Well depending how the CR ratings are in pathfinder goes by the looks of your build to me isa CR 22 or 23
