Further to Justin's instructions in this thread: Help with Pact Magic 2 pdf / hardcopy bundle, I've added the Gygax issue #2 print/PDF bundle to my shopping cart.
Ideally, I'd like to add the hard copy to the items in my sidecart so that they're all part of the same order. Hopefully that's still possible now that you've started the spawning process?

Hiya Mike,
Per your instructions I have submitted your shopping cart using the payment method you use for your subscriptions. The print version of the product has been combined into your pending subscription order and the PDF should now be on your My Downloads page. The confirmation email from this order may be a bit wonky, but you can confirm the physical product is in your order from your Order History page.
Once again, we apologize for having to work-around this technical issue.

Honestly, you have no need to apologise. You and everyone else involved have gone out of your way to indulge me at what is clearly a busy time. You could have easily said "Sorry, it's broken and won't be fixed until after we've caught up".
I really do appreciate the extra effort :)
