I am making a Fighter to replace my Magus that died in our campaign last week, I have my background and personality sorted but I'm looking for builds which would be both fun to play/roleplay as well as beneficial to my group.
The question I have is whether it is possible to chain combat maneuvers through AoO's and other feats? I'll be coming in at the APL of 7.
Rolled Stats:
Str: 16
Dex: 14
Con: 17(18)
Int: 13
Wis: 12
Cha: 14
Feats: Combat Reflexes, Power Attack, Combat Expertise, Felling Smash, Improved Trip, Greater Trip, Improved Bull Rush, Greater Bull Rush.
(My friend, who plays a Monk has plans to pick up Paired Opportunists teamwork feat next level with me)
So the plan I have is to do the following chain when possible:
Single Attack > Felling Smash Trip > Bull rush from trip AoO > AoO Attack from Paired Opportunist.
Is this possible within the rules?

No, because Bull rushing is I think a seperate action type from "attack" (I havent checked my books so I could be wrong though)
Basicly:
You can do a trip attack instead for any normal attack.
Bull rushing is a standard action.
Ergo, your plan wont work.
You could however by taking Sunder or Disarm.
Single attack - Felling smash - Disarm/Sunder AoO - Another AoO.
Given that your DM allows AoO´s at all with maneuvers, some people think the rules are fuzzy on this.

Quick Bull Rush lets you replace a melee attack with a Bull Rush, but you must use your attack at highest BAB. What this means is that you'd need to leverage TWF to combine the two; Trip with your off-hand attack followed by bull-rush with your highest-bab iterative. Alternatively, if you use a Trip weapon, you can use Reposition in place of a melee attack (since it can be done with a melee 'trip' weapon).
Lastly, Maneuver Master Monks get a "bonus maneuver" with their Flurry of Maneuvers so you can perform any maneuver, regardless of what kind of action it normally takes, as part of a full-attack. With that, you can Trip as your iterative melee attack followed by Bull Rush as your bonus maneuver.

You get bull rush as free action after an attack with the shield slam feat, but it heavy feat investment and raise your dex by 1. So if you use your shield as the attack for your AOO, it then trigger the free bull rush, It is the only way to pull that off.
You could do trip and disarm or sunder without a huge investment.
