sorry to ask this but,
I haven't player any rgp games in about 25 years and i'm looking to get back into it.
I'm about to get the Pathfinder Adventure Card game for X-mas because it's single player as none of my friends or my wife are into this stuff.
I am looking to actually play Pathfinder RPG as well but a have a few questions.
where do i start?
I live in the niagara falls, Canada area but i'm looking to play online but if there are games around here that's great?
Any help would be great appreciated
I know i'm a newbie but you have to start somewhere
thanks

Welcome to PFS!
My suggestion if you want to get into PFS is to find a local game. One of the best ways to do this is find a local Venture Officer. The group in your region even has a website here. I would also suggest downloading the The Guide to Organized Play
If you want to play online I would suggest scrolling down a bit in the messageboards for the online section and you can find a host of games down there.

The messageboard Chris is referring to is called Pathfinder Society Grand Lodge Online Play.
Go there to find a game to sign up for after you've created a character using the Guide to Organized Play (also affectionately referred to as the PFS guide occasionally).
Keep timezones in mind for scheduled games, also be aware that with your level 1 character, you're looking for games that say tier 1, tier 1-5 or tier 1-7.
You can still play in higher tier games, but you'll need to use a pregenerated character (at a higher level) for those, and there are rules on transferring the xp and gold (and prestige/fame) for those which you can find more about in the PFS guide.
Check into the chat room mentioned on the front page of pfrpg.com.au if you want to have a chat about the Pathfinder or PFS, other players are there regularly pretty much 24/7. Speak up to catch their attention. The site has scheduled games, lets you create a character sheet, and lets you mark off scenarios that you've played.
Also google the Pathfinder Society Online Collective google group, which will have more games listed similar to the Grand Lodge Online Play messageboard.
