help with campaign advice

Advice

hey yall i'm a gm and relatively new to pathfinder (3.5) that being said i'm starting an inner sea campaign with two of my friends and hopefully will have a table of 5 later down the road. I'd like advice as how to become familiar with the inner sea, pathfinder, and allow them to explore and develop their character's without my accidentally mercing them the first battle they bump into it.

and to clarify a few things it's 20pt buy 1st level, and one individual is playing a ninja, the other is playing a sorcerer, and I created a bard, and gunslinger as npc back ups until other people get involved in the game. I have at my finger tips all of the pathfinder books, except bestiary 3 and 4, and mythic adventures.

for inner sea campaign information a good place to look is the Inner Sea World Guide and this site PathfinderWiki

For rules theres the PRD and the SRD

If youre new to rpgs in general id suggest picking up one of the free modules in the paizo store, with a little work you can tailor it to any area you want to set the campaign in.

also check out youtube for rpg related videos, there is a huge community there that discuss and give tips on rpgs in general.
