Extra Channel Energy feat?

Can you take this and other extra "_____" feats more than once? Its not in the feat? If not would it be broken to allow multiple times for a cleric wants to focus on channel energy?

All the other "Extra xx" feats say they can be taken multiple times, with the effects stacking, while "Extra Channel" doesn't. The difference is probably intentional.

As for whether it would be broken to allow multiples of that particular feat as well, I doubt it.

The way I've always read this is no, you cannot take Extra Channel more than once. Other Extra feats you can. They each say whether you can take it more than once or not.

So is there a reason for some saying and others not? One of my players really wants more for their concept.

What about a feat that allows more channeling at expense of a highest spell level spell you can cast?

Extra Channel and Additional Traits are two feats that you cannot take more than once. I'm pretty sure there are others, too.
