You know i have been thinking they have a build a race book lets make a build a class book. I know how you can do this and I have been brewing testing it out. So here goes.
12 Class Pts to build with these points are used to set hit dice skills base attack, Saves and armor, weapon proficiencies and class abilities’ . Do note that each level a player gets 6cp to spend on upgrading his abilities no class feature happens by level it must be upgraded by cp.
-Hit Dice
You pay the cp to set your hit dice and at each level you spend 1cp to get you hp for that level. If you do not spend the cp you only get your Constitution modifier as hp for that level.
d6 1cp
d8 2cp
d10 3cp
d12 4cp
-Skill Points
You pay the cp to set your starting skill points at each level you spend 1cp to get your skill points for that level. If you do not spend the cp you only get your Intelligence modifier for skill points for that level.
2+int mod 1cp
4+int mod 2cp
6+int mod 3cp
8+int mod 4pt
-Proficiencies
Light Armor 1cp
Medium Armor 2cp
Heavy Armor 3cp
Shields (not tower shield) 1cp
Simple Weapon’s 1cp
Martial Weapon’s 1cp
-Base Attack
The cost for base attack is 1cp equals +1 BaB, The max your base attack can be is your level. You base attack does not go up by level and must be upgraded with cp. Also BaB may only be upgrade once per level.
-Saves
At 1st level 1cp equals +2 on a save, and every following level after 1st it adds +1 for 1cp.
-Features
At 1st level a class can have any 1st level class feature’s. At the cost of 1cp. After that it’s set, some class features require you to have other features such as rage powers. To meet the requirements for these rage powers your level as a barbarian is how many times you upgrade the rage class feature.
This goes for any requirement needed for abilities your level in the feature is how maney times you have upgraded it and each feature can only be upgrade once a level.

Its needs some work but I believe it could work. So whats the masses think?

Seems like someone comes here almost weekly to try something like this.

Here is a link to the d20 Character Class Construction PDF - while not PF it's a good resource to check out.

I'll try to find the link to Rynjin's thread that breaks down PF classes...
