You know i have been thinking they have a build a race book lets make a build a class book. I know how you can do this and I have been brewing testing it out. So here goes.
12 Class Pts to build with these points are used to set hit dice skills base attack, Saves and armor, weapon proficiencies and class abilities’ . Do note that each level a player gets 6cp to spend on upgrading his abilities no class feature happens by level it must be upgraded by cp.
-Hit Dice
You pay the cp to set your hit dice and at each level you spend 1cp to get you hp for that level. If you do not spend the cp you only get your Constitution modifier as hp for that level.
d6 1cp
d8 2cp
d10 3cp
d12 4cp
-Skill Points
You pay the cp to set your starting skill points at each level you spend 1cp to get your skill points for that level. If you do not spend the cp you only get your Intelligence modifier for skill points for that level.
2+int mod 1cp
4+int mod 2cp
6+int mod 3cp
8+int mod 4pt
-Proficiencies
Light Armor 1cp
Medium Armor 2cp
Heavy Armor 3cp
Shields (not tower shield) 1cp
Simple Weapon’s 1cp
Martial Weapon’s 1cp
-Base Attack
The cost for base attack is 1cp equals +1 BaB, The max your base attack can be is your level. You base attack does not go up by level and must be upgraded with cp. Also BaB may only be upgrade once per level.
-Saves
At 1st level 1cp equals +2 on a save, and every following level after 1st it adds +1 for 1cp.
-Features
At 1st level a class can have any 1st level class feature’s. At the cost of 1cp. After that it’s set, some class features require you to have other features such as rage powers. To meet the requirements for these rage powers your level as a barbarian is how many times you upgrade the rage class feature.
This goes for any requirement needed for abilities your level in the feature is how maney times you have upgraded it and each feature can only be upgrade once a level.

Its needs some work but I believe it could work. So whats the masses think?

I've known people like this, and have had friends that display tendencies similar to this at times. This isn't about killing your ninja, it's about watching you struggle unsuccessfully against something and the look of disappointment when something you cherish is compromised. I'm serious - some people are childishly sadistic at heart, even as adults, and get off on this type of thing. They will use any real-world reason they can muster up (i.e. your attack on this player's friend) to provide "justification" for making you squirm. This is a quality often found in politicians, but more commonly in plain @$$holes.

Trust me, they have a weakness, and it's attention. Ignore him. Completely. Deny him what he wants. If your DM can't back you up, then I feel sorry for your DM (I really do) because he also is not adult enough to see what's going on, and there's nothing you can do but leave.

If it's possible, start up a game with other people and don't say anything about it to this group until they notice you're not there. Just sit back and watch the childish reactions fly trying to make it seem like you're the unreasonable one.

Remember, you have a good reason to just stop playing with these people. It's not your job to make sure they understand what it is. You don't owe them anything. If they don't understand, then that's their own life lesson to learn.

You said you're not willing to leave - but just look at how many posts here are recommending doing just that. There is a lot of player experience talking here.

^WORD^

Deep inside a prison you have been kept for 5years, you have had no contact aside the guards rotating shifts. And even then nothing, you was put here for what you thought the right thing to do, the memory of that day echoing in your mind. Did you do the right thing? going along with the generals disobeying a direct order? The reward for your actions a cell and darkness. Faith has all but faded that you will never see outside again, your eyes drift to what you believe is rest. A burning feeling comes over your face as you are forced to open your eyes to this. There stands two men looking in your cell, you think your dreaming until you hear you name. They then nod as "This one will do" is all that is heard from them. They turn around and walk away as you almost try to push your face to the cage enjoying all contact you can manage. But the nightmare of silence fall upon you again as they can no longer be heard. You walk back to your bed and sit down a sadness falling upon you your mind just wanting this nightmare to end. You lay back down in your bed and try to fall back to sleep.

only the basis of it

Ok I got to ask this, Can you weild a two handed weapon and use armor spikes as a secondary attack like two weapon fighting.

Ive being reading this post from his asking of what to do. I don't want to sound like an a!#+*!@ but if your having trouble and the dm and the player has made it clear your going to die and everyone has said leave and your still playing tells me one thing. Your a sucker for punishment leave the game and end this bull crap or stay and have these jack offs kill you and rolling another character wont end this they will do the same thing to the new character as well so no matter what your boned. Because when it is the dm doing this your NEVER going to win he is NEVER going to stop allowing bs to happen to you. The fact this idiot dm allowed a race HE built in the game show's just how moronic he is. You last game just before the game starts go buy CoD on xbox or some other game you have been want to play toss it on the table and look right at the dm saying " enjoy the fact my ninja disappears in the night like the shadow he is and nothing you can do to stop it" firmly put your finger in his face and go play CoD and let it settle that you robbed the moron of his glory. DM can control everything but not what you say you do. Taking away his power robs him of his drug.

Ok so I have this idea for a character and I need to know if this can be done. Ok the character is a half elf now from what I understand this race counts as both Human and elf. So my 1st feat I take is the Racial Heritage feat and I select orc. Can I take the orcs favorite class option's like the fighters +2 con to kill my guy or the barbarian 1 round of rage extra.

Racial Heritage
Prerequisite: Human.

Benefit: Choose another humanoid race. You count as both human and that race for any effects related to race. For example, if you choose dwarf, you are considered both a human and a dwarf for the purpose of taking traits, feats, how spells and magic items affect you, and so on
