Converting the Citadel of Hextor to the Citadel of Zon-Kuthon

Age of Worms Adventure Path

Running The Three Faces of Evil soon so I'm working on converting the three Greyhawk deities to Pathfinder.
I'm in the process of converting the Citadel of Hextor to the Citadel of Zon-Kuthon. Just wondering if anyone has done this and if so, how'd it go?
The other two deities I will be using are Norgorber and Urgathoa.
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

Yep, I did this when I played AoW a year ago. The Citadel of Zon-Kuthon actually marked the end of the campaign. The group fell in the arena trap and died there despite putting up a good fight. So be careful there! I don't think my changes made the campaign deadly. This module is just quite deadly to start with.

I used the citadel almost as is, except that I replaced the boar with a hell hound. I made Theldrick into a cleric 5 with the darkness and destruction domains.

In my campaign, the other two deities were Norgorber (the tengu labyrinth), and Rovagug (the morlocks, who replaced the grimlocks in my game).

Thanks! This is just the kind of insight I was looking for!

I gave the Zon Kuthon citadel clerics the separatist archetype. This allowed for them to keep the war domain as listed, but lose proficiency in the spiked chain, which is ok because I kept them using flails. But they needed proficiency in flails which was taken care of since I increased their levels by 1 in my conversion from 3.5 to Pathfinder to keep their CR the same. (They each had 1 extra feat over the 3.5 rules) So each of the clerics could take weapon proficiency in flails with their extra feat gained (and the half-orc could gain it with racial trait trade off as well giving him another feat). The Pathfinder War domain didn't grant Weapon Focus for free, but that was off set by the +1 BAB given with the level gain.

I also used Norgorber for the NE cult, but I had them act as Urgathoa cultists. The party officially found that out with the Faceless Man's diary at the end. (It works out good too later on in the AP with the cleric, who I made Norgorber, seeking out the Well of Triptych Knowledge)

I also used morlocks instead of grimlocks in my conversion but used Lamashtu instead of Rovavgug, though I had originally thought about Rovagug and ending the world. But some of the evil cultists had piercings and body modifications and I could still use the pictures and description of the Overgod since her shtick is deformed monstrosities.

Just curious, why the switch from Grimlocks to Morlocks? Also, where can I find the Morlock statblock? I have the first 3 Bestiarys but haven't seen it (admittedly, I can't seem to find my Bestiary 3 so haven't looked there yet.)
I like swapping the boar out for a hellhound. Anyone else have any alterations that have worked well?

I changed the grimlocks to morlocks because grimlocks haven't been developed under Pathfinder rules. I believe grimlocks are WotC closed content, and the morlocks were created to replace them in Pathfinder.

They appear in the Bestiary (p. 209), and are on the PRD.
