Weapon and Armor Question

Ok I have a question about what I'm allowed to buy. I am sitting at 10 fame and it requires a lot more than what I have for something that I want.

The question is though, the YOTD PDF says that with the exception of Dragonscale, any +1 armor and weapon is available including special materials such as alchemical silver and cold iron. what about Mithral though? See I'd like to buy a +1 Mithral Breastplate, 5350GP, but I don't know if it fits in with the "such as" section or if it was omitted because you can't buy it. Can anyone answer this for me?

Awesome. That is the greatest thing I've heard yet. I want my lvl2 shaman/ lvl1monk to be able to jump around. That will help me greatly.

How did you get to 5350GP ?

Mithril Breastplate 4200GP and already considered masterwork
+1 Enchantment 1000GP

I make it 5200GP

Also be aware that some monk abilities (specifically wisdom bonus to AC) do not function if you are wearing armor.

yeah. I only took monk for the extra feat for agile maneuvers and ability for punching damage. also second level of that I get evasion.
