Order problem when you recover from your turkey induced comas...

I'm trying to order the print/pdf bundle for Pact Magic II and I get the following error.

"This order cannot be processed because an appropriate shipping rate cannot be found. "

Any idea what caused it? And can I get it fixed?

I, too, am receiving this message on an order of FGG print/pdf bundles.
I'm guessing we will have to wait patiently until Monday for a response.
