This is better directed to the Advice forum.
Any feat or trait that allows you to cast the spell as though your caster level were higher should grant you a bonus on the dispel check. So for example if you took the Gifted Adept trait or the feat Spell Specialization it should increase your effective CL for the check.
I say should because there may be an FAQ limiting feats and traits from raising your caster level higher than your actual caster level. But I haven't read up on that area recently.

Do what Sela Kurn did and you will be fine. He can automatically dispel anything from a spellcaster several levels higher.
