So, I was looking to make an alchemist when I found the preservationist. Then I found out that vivesectionist stacks with it. I really like the idea of a preservationist summoning some help then using them as flanking buddies to get sneak attack, but there's a problem: with all the summoning feats I need, is there enough for the character to be decent in melee?
Essential feats (i think?):
- Planar Preservationist
- Spell Focus Summoning to get
- Augment Summons
- Superior Summons
- Whatever feats I need for melee, which I'm not sure about
What else is needed, and what do I need for melee? I'm not set on any style (two weapon, two handed, etc), so which is the least feat intensive AND gains ok benefit from sneak attack?
Any help would be appreciated. I would like to stay straight alchemist mainly. Two non alchemist levels, tops, if need be, so I still get SNA and SM 9 at Alchemist 18.
Anything paizo is allowed.
