Trait: Magic is Life
While under the effects of a spell, gain +2 to save vs. death effects, and automatically stabilize bleeding.
I have a magus that has this trait. So other than 'down time' he will be casting endure elements on himself so that he has the +2 vs death effects almost all the time.
I was wondering are there are other traits, feats, abilities, etc... that give some benefit "while under the effects of a spell" so that I could really stack them up?

Cause endure elements lasts 24 hours at caster level 1, so I would have the save bonus for 24 hours.
Also some characters will already be wearing armor better than mage armor.
Although I have on occasion used it anyway since it helps vs. a ghost and my half-plate did not.
But yes, mage armor is another long duration spell that would give you the bonus to saves for a long duration. Long strider would also work.
What I was looking for are any other traits, feats, or whatever that do something while I am under the effect of a spell.

Why bother with Endure Elements? Mage Armor.
Actually, it should be Arcane Mark. "If an arcane mark is placed on a living being, the effect gradually fades in about a month." Much better than 24 hours, and it is a 0th level spell you already know. Cast during downtime, and save your slots for your day job.
