How would these feat work together?
Let’s Say I have a character with sneak attack and these feats.
on the surprise round he is next to target attacks, hits the target with power attack, Courgon smash lets me intimidate as free action. If I cause that target to be shaken. and Take my 2nd swing from hell cat pounce. Is his he flat footed because shatter defenses make him so because the shaken condition or does the hell cat pounce the target is not flat-footed against this second attack win out. This is a case of Specific vs Specific.
trying to build a slayer for play test and was thinking it may go good together but i am not sure how that works together.

Benefit: Whenever you attack and damage an opponent in the surprise round, you may immediately make a second attack against the same opponent using the same attack bonus. The target is not considered flat-footed against this second attack.
I'm not sure. Hellcat Pounce is pretty weirdly designed. Normally any attack on a surprised creature before she as active treats the creature as flat-footed. Hellcat Pounce negates that flat-footedness for the extra attack since otherwise it would be too powerful (I guess). If the target is flat-footed for some other reason than it being the surprise round, I would think that this other condition still applied to the Hellcat Pounce attack, but you're right about the whole specific-versus-specific issue. It's a weird case because it's a weird feat.
